Time and time again we see some cards get ALL the play. Today we want to bring a few cards to the forefront that we think aren't getting enough play compared to how fun these cards can be! Today, we discuss specifically black enchantments in this special episode. There are a few ground rules we set ourselves, that can be flexible, yet give us guidance in finding some of the most forgotten treasures that have been lost to time.
1. Each card must be in less that 1000-2000 decks on EDHREC (we haven't come across any over 1000, but we're flexible, it's chill)
2. Each card must be first printed before 8th Edition. (Most of the cards have never been printed afterwards, but we will surely see some that have gotten more recent reprints as we dive deeper.)
That's it! We found some truly spectacular pieces of cardboard, and we can't wait to share them with you! We understand they may not be for all decks or even all playstyles, but every card we chose deserves its song to be sung. Sound off with your favorite black enchantments, we'd love to hear from you!
Come bask with us in the casual formats, and may your fifth land always be the Temple.
